Full-time (temporary)

Temporary in-house coverage for shorter periods during peak workloads, sick leave, transitions or similar.

Part-time / retainer

1–3 days/week or a retainer on fixed hours per month. Ongoing counsel to management and the business.

Defined deliverables with a clear scope, e.g. assistance with specific legal issues, playbooks, contract standards, risk mapping, M&A processes.

I have 20+ years of experience from leading Danish law firms and companies in the FMCG and engineering industries. I have experience both as head of a legal function and as legal counsel.

I have a broad commercial law profile and work closely with the business, focusing on value-creating, commercially oriented solutions that can be applied in practice.

Transparent pricing

Hourly basis

I generally bill on an hourly basis. The hourly rate is determined by the scope, complexity and desired response time. I always strive for transparency in pricing and continuously align expectations on deliverables, time spent and budget.

Larger engagements & fixed fee

For larger engagements and fixed-fee arrangements the hourly rate is typically lower. This could be retainer agreements, fixed days per week or a larger project over a period.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I have deposited my Danish bar admission, which means I may not use the title of attorney and I cannot appear in court. I can still handle “lawyer tasks” within my areas of expertise, such as contract negotiations, and my legal skills and competencies remain the same. Compared to traditional external lawyers, I work more like an in-house counsel – close to the business and with a broader focus than purely legal matters.

Both. A hybrid model often works well: on-site during onboarding and negotiations. Day-to-day operations can usually be handled remotely, but I strive to be on-site on a regular basis whenever possible.
